I am so happy you found my website. I am a wife and proud mother of two beautiful children and run a very busy household. I have been very involved in the fitness industry and have a huge passion for inspiring and motivating women and mothers.

I have always been into fitness and health and living a healthy lifestyle. I have been involved in the fitness industry for over eight years. I have competed in many fitness shows, modeled, written many articles and fitness features and have worked with many fitness magazines, commercial gyms and large fitness brands.

Even though I might be the vision of good health physically, I never felt great in my body, almost like something was missing doTERRA was introduced to me after I suffered from a ruptured appendix that almost took my life. It was then that I realized that doTERRA was my missing puzzle piece.
I new at this point I wanted to change the way I lived my life and really pay attention to what I was putting in and on my body. I started cleaning up the products in my home by reducing the toxins and chemicals and started to up-level my own self care and started taking a more natural approach with myself and my children.

I started diffusing in my home to purify the air and to help with mood management. I have cleaned up my medicine cabinet and reduced the toxic load dramatically in my home. My family and I started using doTERRA’s LifeLong vitality multi vitamins which has been a game changer. My husband has integrated the oils in his dental practice and we are truly living a more high vibe lifestyle because of this tiny bottles of oils. In fact one of the most fulfilling things I do today is monitor other women to grow their own natural health business.

I now use my oils on a daily basis many times throughout my day. I feel better than I ever have, but most of all I feel empowered as a woman and mother to know I am in control.
