I've been in the health and fitness industry for 15 years, and it's a passion of mine to help people find passion in physical activity and healthy living.

One of the biggest MISCONCEPTIONS when it comes to fitness is the idea that you have to kill yourself in a gym to reach your goals… the TRUTH is you have to find what works for YOU, and I’m going to help you get there.

Planning and prepping your meals is the biggest thing if you want to see results in your workouts. You can’t out train a bad diet, so diet is key.

In the full ‘Own Your Health’ roadmap, you’ll get access to a complete recipe guide that covers:

A 6 WEEK FITNESS PROGRAM

This exercise program is designed to help you achieve your fitness goals. Helping you to feel good, have more energy or maybe just helping you to fit in those old pairs of jeans!

We’ll talk about how to set your intentions when it comes to your fitness goals, what to focus on, how to schedule it in, plus, you’ll receive a full workout plan that includes:

  • A 6 day fitness plan to guide you over 6 weeks

  • Each day has 7-10 different workouts

  • Suggestions for what to do on your off days

  • All workouts listed in the full roadmap eBook come with start-to-finish workout videos from Meaghan so you always know exactly what to do

 

OWN YOUR LIFESTYLE

Wellness is the result of our lifestyle & daily routine and our optimal health is naturally achieved through incremental daily habits.

Owning your lifestyle is what ties it all together! We’ll focus on anchoring the daily routine that turns on all body systems to flow as they are designed to do! We’ll focus on:

  • Doing a ritual reset and integrating habits that are from your higher self

  • Routines to dial up your self care and reduce mental overload and overwhelm so you can have an overflow of energy

  • A specific sequence to follow to enter deeper states of sleep

  • Plus, cleaning recipes + diffusing blends, to help you reduce your toxic load through two of the main contributors
