I am a big advocate for fitness, healthy and living our best lives ever!
For the past five years I’ve been using and teaching all about dōTERRA essential oils! I was skeptical about using something like an essential oil for my family's health care at first... but my eyes were opened immediately when I was introduced to them. It was that experience that led me to teaching others about their magic, and since then, my life has completely transformed.

Today, I am all about teaching other women and families that they have natural options available to care for their families and themselves - and showing them how EASY oils are to use.

I first began to incorporate oils into my self-care regime during a very challenging period of my life when I was recovering from a life-threatening ruptured appendix. I was very ill and had a very difficult recovery that included several medications and post-traumatic stress disorder. I knew I was ready to make a change and eliminate synthetics and toxins and take a more natural approach to my home and my health.
